Good

.

prompt, courteous technician I will call them again for future projects.

Great service from the estimator to the final installation. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Great job, very professional

Rapid response Do not use my name

Very prompt and professional.

Great job, completed on time as promised. Billing was electronically processed, making the process exceptional.

Always fast and professional. Of course when the spring broke on the door it was a holiday weekend and New Years at that. Took care of the problem same day so that we weren't without the use of the garage for the holiday. Thank You!

The service was fast and efficient. The professional was courteous and well spoken, explaining everything that needed to be done. I did not go with another company for an estimate, so I am not sure if the pricing was fair and market value.

Learned something, always a bonus. Good work, well done, fast.

The technician that did the work was very good at his job and very pleasant

The technician was polite and knowledgeable. He completed the work in a timely manner. The telephone customer service is okay. The one thing that is an issue is the availability of technicians. About ten minutes after my garage doors were installed and the technician left, the wall button would not operate the doors. I called A-1 to request for someone to come out and check the newly installed button. They did not have anyone available until next week. Fortunately, the remotes operate the doors with no issue. Just a little frustrated that ten minutes after the installation, no one was able to fix the issue.

very good

They seemed knowledgeable about my situation and fixed it

Did a good job, did it on time, and were very professional.

Great Service

Knowledgeable, efficient and personalabl

I got a text with the name and photo of the repairman (Eric) that would do the job. He was very helpful and knocked out my job in roughly an hour. Be sure to ask about AAA, military, senior discounts too. Would recommend.
