This company is excellent at keeping the customer informed of the name, qualifications, and expected arrival time of the service technician. Robin arrived on time, in a clean and well-organized truck, and quickly analyzed and corrected a problem with my garage door, and he was friendly and informative in the process. Very good first impression of the company.

Craig made my door work like it did when it was new.

Arrived in a timely manner, friendly and efficient technician. Had a reasonable price. UPDATE 1-8-2020, I am having issues with the garage door not closing it keeps coming back up. I contacted them and they want to charge a minimum $80.00 to repair what they installed.

Professional, on time, excellent work. Very impressed with Chris as a person and as a professional concrete worker. I would definitely go with him again and highly recommend his services

Top notch pros! On-time and delivered with no fuss. Doors work perfectly.

We had a broken spring. Thought that’s all we needed replaced. Turns out they claimed we needed everything replaced. Much more expensive than we thought. Maybe this was correct, just always surprised when the price jumps from an estimate o $125-150 for the spring and it turns out to cost over $700. Like I said, it could be exactly what we needed. Just buyer beware. Research your repairs.
