We interviewed 6 companies & we hired A-1 because of their high recommendations & their commitment to our understanding of exactly what their plan of attack was, how everything would work & what we could expect. They insisted on an independent engineer's report, both to verify their lift plan before & to sign off after the job was completed. Same for a plumbing inspection. Theirs was not the least expensive estimate, nor the most. We're definitely recommending A-1 to our neighbors!

This was an awesome experience. I thought it would take days to put in the beams, but it only took a day. When they did the lift, they actually had me come out and watch. I really appreciate their concern for my house.

They were so easy to work with and were there to please me. They came to my house and after taking elevations, sit with me and explained the whole process, so when they started the work, I knew what to expect and found there were no surprises. The whole crew that came to my house were so friendly and outgoing, I enjoyed hanging outside with them. Between the price, the professionalism, and the crew, I would hire them again.
