He did a horrendous job with my windows installation which caused mold to grow and expand around the interior trimming of brand new windows and sheetrock. After numerous conversations to repair the window trimming, unleveled ceiling, and mold damage he finally returned to the property to fix the damage. Chris did his best to rectify the issue but the results were subpar to say the least. Additionally the prices he charged were overpriced and did not equate to the services rendered. Chris did a decent job with the other items of the project. However, I won't be a returning customer.

I am at a lost for words to say the least Mr. Brandon {Redacted per customers request} was greatly satisfied with the installation of the windows at least that is what he expressed to me, and what caused him to have mold around his windows was that the trim that goes around the window was not installed because he chose to stop my work and explained to me that he had no more funds available to address the issue. And as far as the mold issue he had that issue well before I started the job because I took pictures and presented them to him and to add to that I replaced numerous pieces of rotten and molded wood and yet again he was complaining about his finance problem so I went to repair the problem with the ceiling in question and I also repaired the mold problem around his windows which was only 2 and let me go on to say it had been 2 months after I had done the initial work that he contacted me with the complaints so if Mr. Brandon {Redacted per customers request} had an issue I could have addressed it sooner with me and also I refunded Mr. Brandon {Redacted per customers request} a total of 375.00 after 2 months... I will end with this, if you do not have the funds to do a job then my advice is do not attempt to do it half way but instead do it the right way or....simply do not do it at all so Mr. Brandon {Redacted per customers request} I really apologize but you should do proper research before going into any more projects on your rental property Sir.

He did a great job! He put up a light and didn't charge me. The price he quoted was the price I paid. He did a complete job for my back splash. He has great pricing and does great work.
