Once they started the project, they worked very hard and completed the job in a timely and clean fashion. Now waiting for the next big rain to make sure they did in fact fix my chimney / roof leak. I am pretty confident they did!

Very thorough - they noticed that the top was rusted and leaking and offered to have that fixed as well. Very knowledgeable in other areas as well. Would definitely hire for other jobs.

Tile: Ceramic and Porcelain - Install

Joel who is the owner agreed to do installation of tile in my kitchen at a competitive rate. He and his helper (girlfriend) always arrived late and complained how he should have not charged me at competitive rate. Although, he did a quality job; however, he really messed up my kitchen plumbing trying to remove my dishwasher and later wanted to charge me more money for repairing something he damaged. I guess he felt like since he charge me at a competitor price not provide me with great customer service. I would not recommend.

"I extended an offer but there was never a reply. The price was extremely low due to agreeing (site unseen) that everything would be out of kitchen. It as not. Permission was also given to proceed with the disconnecting of line (owner was standing directly behind me). Also was mentioned that A-1 has no licensed plumbers.it was not our expertise. I apologized then for being late. The job was scheduled on short notice and at half the already discounted rate. Everything that happened was discussed before it went on. As it was said in the review he did receive QUALITY work."
