"Not true . You were told per phone conversation with me the trip charge was 125.00 and first hours labor at 125.00 per man hour needed to be paid in advance by credit card to get you on the schedule. That equals 250.00. You gave me your credit card info at that time. A few day's later you called us complaining of charging your credit card 250.00. On that day your credit card was refunded in full. And obviously you were removed from the schedule. All calls are returned all the time around here. No scam going on, on our end ! We provide honest work for honest pay...... No more no less."
"Your tub is what it is. There are a hundred different things that will cause your tub not to heat. It usually takes me 10 minutes to test and confirm what part or issue is causing it not to heat. Because I've been doing this for 25 years, I make an honorable attempt to stock the most commonly used parts to repair most tubs on my first trip. Unfortunately your tubs configuration required to use that exact specific heater that would have to be special ordered. And obviously additional time installing it. There is no crystal ball or magic wand in any service business. Anyone who hires me is responsible for there own stuff. Not someone else's stuff."

"You have a whirlpool bath tub with a leaking jet. we had to see the plumbing leading up too jet in order to order a jet that will fit the opening and the plumbing around it. We will also get back too you in a few days to confirm that the part is available or not. If it is then the part will need to be paid in advance to order the part , plus as you said another trip charge and minimum 1 hr. labor. You were aware of this before you started, this is your tubs issues it,s your choice to follow through with it or not . we do not work for free or discounted prices."

"Sometimes we are running behind schedule someday's ahead of schedule. Sometimes we can move your time up a few day's or a week. If we are running ahead of schedule and we are in your area we'll call that's a courtesy for everyone to get a head of there goals for that day, week or month. With us we like to work efficiently with everyone that keeps the schedule moving forward for everyone. But everyone's schedules and priorities are different. Maybe next time you get that call ... just say I appreciate the heads up call, but my day and time is limited to what we scheduled. "It is honorable on your part to hope it needs one part and one trip on our part. Sometimes that is the case. Sometimes your tub needs more. During the first minute after your first part is installed on your tub, and now has water circulating through it and the remaining original parts get a chance to prove themselves to be worthy of being reliable again by running it. This is basic hot tub 101 diagnostic and repair real time. There are no short cuts through this process. We can follow up on as quickly and efficiently as the tubs first issue. Your tub is on "double secret probation" for the next two weeks " Then you can loosen your tie and count on your tub not to give you anymore financial hits for a while. This is how all Hot Tubs function and malfunction. Anyone who tells it different or makes ridiculous promises, your tub should be wary. Getting mad and playing the blame game is not going to get it fixed"
"Your leaving out the most important part. Operational time reality of your tub. We specialize in hot tub repair only. And do this full time all year round. It would only be honorable for us to stock 90% of all hot tub parts on the vans at all times and we do. Since we know what were doing. Most electrical diagnosis and installations average one hours labor time plus parts cost. That means if you call us on Monday , you will probably get on the schedule by Wednesday at 4pm that means that there is a 90 % chance that we all the parts required and have it finished by 5 or 6 pm that evening. Also, it is important to understand that 25% of all tubs will have an additional issue .. The tub has to run long enough for that issue to surface . It could take an hour day week or whatever. Spending any additional time or money guessing would be wasteful. Have patience in your hot tub and hot guy to deal with it in the same manner as we did on your first issue.. And know that we'll get you back on the schedule within a few day's all year round. Perhaps if we've been good... and there is a hot tub god...maybe we'll be around another 20 some years."
"We did not winterize or service your hot tub in the past .. ever. Fixing hot tubs is not always clean easy work. Some require a bit of rolling around in the mud to get at things. That's part of the job too, and I'm good with that. Then move on to the next one.. It is what it is... and your tubs issues are what they are. We stock the parts you needed on the van and in one hours time your tub would have been up and running. We stock 99 % of all hot tub parts on the vans at all times. You hired a pro and you got one. The value of your tub is your own personal choice. Your tub also has some remaining original electrical parts that will go bad eventually ... But you still have a reliable tub at a fraction of the cost of a new one. And you just met someone who knows what there doing and is honest about it ."

"Not accurate. I use American made Electrical parts. They are the most reliable of all anywhere. The parts have a two year manufacturers warranty on parts. When used properly they will last 8 to 10 years which is the normal time that electrical parts on a hot tub start to go bad. I installed one part on your tub and that part works properly. That part is not a magic wand and it will not make the remaining electrical parts in your tub new again. Your tub will tell us what it needs by running long enough to stop working. just like your first issue happened when you first called me. You may have to call me back in a day or week or 5 to 10 years. The cost to replace a part or many parts are still at a fraction of the cost of a new tub. we commonly service tubs 15 to 30 years old also. not a problem. It is very common for you or your previous service person too unknowingly used cheap junk parts, meaning something bought on line with out true knowledge of origin. These junk parts commonly fail in 1 to 6 months like clock work. Sometimes your tub needs to be worked through some previous sins also. Nobody likes a sick hot tub. When you have someone who knows what there doing and is honest about it. Then it could be a good investment at a fraction of the cost of a new tub. We provide honest work for honest pay. No more , No less."
