Hired around 20 April 16 to demo and fill an in ground pool which is a relatively simple process. He gave a quote and a price was agreed upon. Contract was signed and payment sent and he received on 22 April 16. He showed up for a couple of days and busted up the pool then it rained a lot and he had to delay. And he delayed, and he delayed. Numerous texts and phone messages have gone unanswered. So here we sit, 7 June 2016 and the project is not completed. And he (Cole Phillips) does not return phone calls or messages. We are left with no other option but to take legal action. If he will complete the job all is forgiven however he will not return messages.
