Not an honest or trustworthy company,the employee showed up on Friday and did part of the job and told me that he would be back on Monday and finish the job and never came back or even call to let me know what was going on

He showed up on time. He presented his ID card and business card at entry. He could not push the stove all the way back on its anchor as he used the one already there from the old stove leaving a gap of about 2" from the wall. Don't know if the one delivered with the stove is different from the one already there. Maybe the one delivered with the stove is a better fit.

Gives you a call quickly. I believe they have compatible prices and gives you an estimate of how long it will take.

A1 quickly returned my call and did an excellent job! I will call them for other jobs, and I will recommend them to others.

Was easy to contact and was able to schedule an appointment within the same week for porch repair. Would recommend to others. The company was hired again for another project (kitchen cabinets). My review of the company remains the same. Again, highly recommended.

It took a day or two to get in touch with John but when I did he was professional and thorough. He sorted out the problem before he came, was able to pre-order the part needed and thus only had to make one trip.

Will call again when repairs needed. Very pleased with service. Also, price very reasonable.

John got in touch with us shortly after we made an inquiry about having several jobs done around he house. He is very good about telling you about what needs to be done and what it will take to get the job done. He and his crew are very nice and work around our schedule as much as possible. Very good result on all work done. Highly recommend them.

The owner was very nice, at first, and promised to do an excellent job. However, his contractors were not good at all. I hired the owner to repair an outside utility building made of wood that a tree had fallen on and the guy that came was very rude to me as well as my Mom when she dropped by one day. I never knew when they were coming etc. I also wanted entire home pressure-washed as well as deck and furniture. Very poor job as they guy came one day, sprayed home and came back weeks later to wash. Very poor customer service and to top that, a window was broken when deck was being cleaned and the owner, John Payne, promised he would order new window and replace asap. He asked that i give him a month. This was in May 2016 and I did not contact him until July at which time he never returned any messages left. I sent him my last message (text) last Sun 08/21 stating it would be my last and if he thought what he did was Christian-like and great service, then he would have to live with it. Needless to say I am very disappointed as I felt like the $ spent was just thrown away. Nothing was as it should have been. The repairs on the little wood house were okay as I did not expect it to be perfect but the pressure washing was not. The guy did not clean all furniture, did not put furniture back and broke a very expensive window as it is vinyl and a top to floor window facing my deck with french doors and another top to floor vinyl window on other side. John has also disappointed me as owner and not being true to his word. I withheld my review until I heard back from John regarding replacement of window but since I havent, I felt no choice because I would not want another single woman to deal with this as it is difficult enough to find good handymen to help with projects around the house. Had I known John wasn't returning to replace window,, I would not have paid my bill in full but I did because, again, I trusted that he would. As stated, I am more disappointed than anything because I felt like was taken advantage of and that is not a good feeling.

Nice guy. Truck trouble caused late arrival but very apologetic. Charged extra for service to Tallahassee but didn't tell us until payment due.

Professional in every way --quality of work, communication skills, estimate and invoice preparation, completion on tight deadline and varied skill set. I will hire them again for projects in near future.
