I've used A1 for several years after they were the only company that identified and fixed a major issue with our furnace, which WAS NOT installed by A1. As it turned out, the furnace was a lemon and A1 sold us and installed a new furnace. Good job and they've been responsive to fixing some minor issues with the new furnace and old AC unit. We have an annual maintenance contract with A1 and they've kept our system running. Highly recommend A1 Mechanical Systems.

Almost 400.00 to replace a 35.00 igniter spent more time getting part than he spent here. Worker was friendly no problem with him. Simple fixes should be treated as such companys wonder why they don't get repeat business . Quit squeezing the customer for every dollar you can.

With in an hour Paul from A1 Mechanical services called me and we schedule service for Monday to look at my air conditioning unit. Justin from A1 Mechanical services came out on time and looked at my unit. He had me up and running within an hour of being onsite. Justin was professional and was honest about what was wrong with my unit. Justin only had to replace one part and did not try to bs me on other parts that I needed to repair unit.
