They lied repeatedly. We have never gotten our report although it was promised many times. I want our money back. They are a total ripoff.

I hired them to clean my chimney but when they arrived and got up on the roof they found the chimney sealed shut. They were good enough to let me know and asked me what I wanted to do before going forward. Since they didn't really end up doing much I was happy to pay the small fee for the visit and can base service on only their professionalism which was very good. I would hire them again.

Air Ducts & Vents Cleaning Service
When A-1 called me about my inquiry, I was told that they would clean an unlimited number of vents for $189 and our dryer vent for $49. No mention of any additional possible charges. When the service technicians got here, they quickly told me that the total charge would be more than double the $238 quote. I told them I was really disappointed but we needed to have the work done. We had never had our vents cleaned before. They got approval for a couple minor discounts, but out final cost was still more than twice their quote. Their workmanship was fine but I feel that I was seriously misled by their customer service personnel.

Air Ducts & Vents Cleaning Service
The cleaning of the heat/cooling ducts and returns went well. They used a detergent that leaked from the upstairs to a ceiling down stairs that took the paint of a 10x10 inch area. I called them and was told Oliver would come back out to look at the damage. He never cam and now they will not take my call. I would not recommend A-1 Restoration!

I hired A1 Mild Removal & Restoration to clean and inspect my home's fireplace. The serve men were on time, courteous and efficient. Additionally their fee that I was quoted was fair for this level of service.

Air Ducts & Vents Cleaning Service
The price ended up being $89.00 more than the quoted price.
Response from A-1 Mold Removal & Restoration
"I am so sorry to hear to that the price was a bit more than expected. Do you mind if I ask what the additional charge was for? Most likely additional returns? Our special covers Unlimited Vents 1 Return & 1 Main line, So any additional duct work or furnace cleanings would cost more. To help you feel better , could we send you $15.00 visa Gift Card in the mail?"

They did the job they were hired to do but the company charged my card twice, the 2nd time for $5 more than the work total. When I called them, they admitted the mistake and said the money would be back in my account in 2-3 days. That was 9 days ago and after several calls to them, they no longer answer my phone calls. I just went to my bank and disputed the charge.

Air Ducts & Vents Cleaning Service
They explained what they were doing good enough to understand what they did. The only thing that wasn't ok was that when they had to move furniture to get to a vent, they didn't put the furniture back where it started from. The final price was more that what I was quoted on the phone. But still within reason for what others wanted to charge.

"Thank You For Your Business . I am very sorry to hear that they did not put a piece of Furniture Back to where it came from. I spoke to Oliver the Supervisor who was out, He stated You had requested not to place the Bed back, as there was a lot of Misc. items under the bed, that you told Oliver you wanted to clean up . The return itself was Free, due to not finding it before we started Work. Oliver stated all the additional items moved , were placed back aside from the Bed. Thank You For Your Business , Have a blessed Day!."
