Im NOT happy with these **PROFESSIONALS**!!! I am a developmentally disabled individual who is black, Asian and homosexual and they were very blatantly disrespectful to me!!! They were one, rude to me by not letting me zip up my stuff and complain about me being very slow in the process and its not my fault because like I said I am a disabled individual and I also have scoliosis which naturally makes me slower, and the whole time they were doing nothing but complaining on how slow I was being and then the Mexican one whos name is Carlos got a phone call was complaining to whoever was on the phone in Spanish about how slow I was being and threw the insult that Im a **fat xxxxxx** in there as well!!! Side note I speak FLUENT SPANISH so I knew EXACTLY what was said. Then the following Monday when I proceeded to call on actual business hours to report the over $900 worth of my stuff missing and/or damaged his partner who is WHITE probably proceeded to very blatantly disrespectfully verbally attacked me on the phone saying **thats your problem we*re not gonna do anything about it** and gave of a VERY BLATANT go to hell we dont care about you kind of an attitude, and thats not good customer service they should not be running their business like that!!! If I could I would give them negative stars I WOULD IN A HEARTBEAT for the DISGUSTING display of SHEER UTTER disrespect towards people who are less fortunate than them!!!!!

I realize that they didn't do this on purpose. However they had two bookcases and a twin Captain's bed and the bed had never been used. It won't be now either, because it was broken down to the inside wood and the holes in the frame were cut off. It used to have 8 drawers. Now it has 7 because the 2 drawers on the head left side of the bed you cannot take a drawer out by itself. Somehow, they got jammed up with each other. One person at the company that I spoke with about the problem wasn't very helpful.
