A1 Painting & Contracting Co. Charles and his team were professional, personable and did great work at the price point agreed and within the time discussed. I was very satisfied with the work completed and would definitely recommend A1 Painting and Contracting Co. Charles and his team.

I hired A-1 contracting to paint my living room, hallway ,stair well and master bedroom. The contract specified 2 coats of gray paint on walls, white semi gloss on all trim and doors and 2 coats on all the ceiling. Walls in stair well ,only 1 coat, I can see the old paint in spots and ruff finish, some of walls , ceilings and trim I had to re due ,there where streaks and dust particles in the paint. Walls needed to sanded in spots that Charles didn't complete, I had to re due. Never on time and said he was going to have a helper, which he didn't have. The job took long then spec.out on the contract. I was post surgery and no able to move furniture but , since he had no help I had to move the lighter furniture ,which didn't help me to heal from the surgery.

Charles was very reasonable and flexible.With 4 kids, work and the holidays coming we made it work.

Mr. Charles Elliott the owner of the company, personally did the work we needed done in our house. He is very thorough, laid down drop cloths everywhere, neatly set up, cleaned up and even helped us identify the paint we needed for the job. He was willing to work with our schedules and price point. I highly recommend him!!

The work was excellent and they cleaned up afterwords. Kudos to A-1 Painting. I would hire them again.

Charles is very professional. I wasn't sure about the colors I picked but Charles has a great eye for colors gave me great suggestions and showed me how they would work. He showed up on time each day, clean up each day. I LOVE MY NEW ROOMS. I still have 3 rooms to paint and I will have A-1 Painting & Contracting come back to paint those rooms.

Charles delivered what he promised at a third of the price of the other vendors. I would call me again.

Charles is great. He's professional, timely, and pleasant. The price was beyond reasonable, the job was done within a day, and I was extremely happy with the results. I will definitely be hiring him again.

I had this company paint 6 rooms and install a powder room that was rough-ed in when I purchased the house.The painting was done well, and timely and great care was taken. The powder room install was not a smooth or coordinated affair. There were several subs that were utilized and there was no sense of schedule to the process. I ended up have to make several runs to home depot to buy sinks and toilets when the contractor was not able to install the one I originally purchased and they looked at before taking the contract. I would definitely recommend them for paining, but not much else.

Please ask for contract before he starts.

Charles did a fair job. Had to come back twice to finish work. Too personal and not enough professionalism on his part. Would not recommend him to friends or family.

This is a very professional company. Skilled qualities that other companies should emulate. Not only did they take care of our painting project, we also asked for a good faith estimate on our basement refinishing project. The estimate received was the best out of five and we intend to have this company do the work.

He is usually late, but finishes on time and did a good job for the price.
