Pedro and his sons did an excellent job. While Pedro could have sprayed the sealcoat on the driveway, I asked him to squeegee the sealcoat as I believe that is the better application. Pedro did. He and his sons cut the grass back off the driveway and used a blower to get the driveway clean, filled all the cracks with liquid tar, and put down brown paper tape against the stone walls, brick walkway, and house to protect against any sealcoat getting on them. He then applied the sealcoat. The total job probably took about 2h with the first hour being all the prep work. I would hire Pedro again as I thought his work was excellent. And it was great to see how much a Father enjoyed being with his sons.

I dealt directly w Pedro and he did everything he said he would do, on time and did a great job. I was also impressed that they apply the sealer directly vs spray, I don't believe in spraying.
