Pedro and his sons did an excellent job. While Pedro could have sprayed the sealcoat on the driveway, I asked him to squeegee the sealcoat as I believe that is the better application. Pedro did. He and his sons cut the grass back off the driveway and used a blower to get the driveway clean, filled all the cracks with liquid tar, and put down brown paper tape against the stone walls, brick walkway, and house to protect against any sealcoat getting on them. He then applied the sealcoat. The total job probably took about 2h with the first hour being all the prep work. I would hire Pedro again as I thought his work was excellent. And it was great to see how much a Father enjoyed being with his sons.

I dealt directly w Pedro and he did everything he said he would do, on time and did a great job. I was also impressed that they apply the sealer directly vs spray, I don't believe in spraying.

I was very happy with my driveway, they were fast and did a great job. I had many quotes and by far these guys were NOT crooks. I was actually quoted almost double the price of what I paid. I will keep them in mind for any feature projects. One very happy customer!!!!

Pedro had good reviews and pricing was reasonable. I tried to hire others before him but couldn't get on the same page as to timing of them doing the job. Pedro quoted me and came within couple days. I've seen others spray sealcoat and gone in 20 minutes. Pedro and crew filled cracks then did my walk and driveway with squeegees and was here almost an hour and my driveway looks excellent. We got a few quotes to have our driveway seal coated. As other reviews states, Pedro was a little more expensive (the only reason we gave him a 4 star on "value for money." However, after talking with him, we felt it was worth the extra money. We were not disappointed. Pedro was true to his word. Pedro and his crew went above and beyond and even did some extra work for us without charging. We are extremely happy with his work and highly recommend. He is worth every penny! This is a prime example of going with the higher bid was a smart move.

I just had my driveway sealcoated by A1 Sealcoating and Landscaping out of Bedford NH. Pedro was very conscientious and cleared all the edges, filled the cracks and squeegeed the hot sealer. I had lots of cracks and he did a great job sealing all of them. He also taped off edges around stairs, walls and garage doors! We hired A1 because of the prompt return of our request for an estimate. Not only did we receive a written estimate the next day but they were able to do the work within the next two days. I contacted many companies for a driveway patch and seal. Pedro was the first one to respond and he showed up the next day for the estimate. (Other companies took up to a week to show up) Pedro did a great job. He charged about 10% more than a more known, bigger local company. BUT, he showed up first, and I had his written estimate before the big company even returned my phonecallâ ¦...Pedro also handled the prep work that the bigger company wanted me to do...worth the price. Need driveway sealed and reached out to a few companies and Pedro was one of the first to respond. He stopped by the house the next day to review the job and we had a quick chat.
