A-1 Personal Touch owner, Kevin, was very detail-oriented and precise in his measurements and offered suggestions without leaving you feeling as though he's just trying to upsell you. He always showed up on time and managed to keep us informed about delivery times, deadlines and what project area he would be working on next. Kevin also hooked up our dishwasher plumbing, added some drywall in certain areas, offered to disconnect and reconnect all our appliances and recommended the flooring company that we used for our kitchen floor. The cabinets were beautiful and affordable and we were very happy with all the work done. Would definitely recommend using his services.

We had a great experience with Kevin, Jeff and Andrew. Our kitchen turned out better than we could have imagined. We had a hiccup or two along the way and everything was still completed within the timeframe given. We even had a small issue with a hose breaking a week or so after the work was completed and Kevin was at the house with a fix within hours of the issue happening. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone looking to get some work done on their house and plan on working with them again for future projects.

A1's crew was very nice and professional. Plus they worked with our limited budget. They did underestimate the scope of the work and took a little longer than expected, got a little rushed at the end. Overall we are quite pleased with the work.

This contractor "conveniently forgot" to quote the entire job even after I told him everything I needed done. Later he had to rebid the rest which ended up about twice what his original quote was.

I have had the pleasure of having Kevin Muir as my genereal contractor for over 2 years now. He has worked for my husband and myself on several diverse projects- an extensive remodel of our cabin, remodeling and custom work on our downtown loft and customization and remodeling of our commercial space. We first met Kevin when we hired him to do an comprehensive remodel of our 40 year old cabin in Weber Canyon. this project should have been a tear-down, but we decided after consulting with two different architects to basically gut it. Kevin was involved in virtually every aspect of this ambitious project-from demolition to construction and finishing work. He gave valuable advice and ideas throughout, including ways to repurpose some of the existing materials which were genius. He was willing to go with some of our more unorthodox approaches and ran with it! He even fabricated stainless steel countertops and beautiful knotty alders cabinets from scratch, saving us money but giving us a custom kitchen in the process. There isn't anything Kevin can't do- I literally mean that. From plumbing, to electrical and carpenty, he is the most versatile contractor I've worked with. There is no job too beneath him, or task too difficult. His most impressive gift is he is a fantastic craftsman- and along with that comes his drive for perfection. Kevin will not compromise until he gets it right! But perhaps above all this is he's a man of character. Kevin is reliable, honest and kind. I consider him a friend and would without hesitation recommend him.
