They were not clear on their prices. The tech was great. He came in found the problem and got it fixed. The back office was weak. They should have been clear about their prices.

I highly recommend this company. We received excellent service from start to finish.
Our plumbers, Ken and his assistant George, did an exceptional job repairing our pipes. The plumbing was old and complicated, but they expertly diagnosed and fixed the issues while keeping us informed throughout the process. They were professional, knowledgeable, and did an outstanding job cleaning up after the work was completed.
Our technician, Mike, was also exceptional. He took the time to guide us through what to expect, answered all of our questions, and did a fantastic job repairing our toilet. His professionalism and attention to detail gave us confidence every step of the way.
A special thank you to Alyssa as well for providing great customer service and helping make the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
I was having trouble with my water heater and contacted A1. They responded immediately and had someone out quickly. Mike came out on Tuesday and assessed the problem and it was determined a new water heater was needed. Ray and Josh were out on Thursday first thing to replace the heater. Ray and Josh were very professional and respectful of our home. I was impressed by the attention they paid to the work and the speed at which it was accomplished. I will definitely use A1 in the future.

Our water pipes got broke by the contractor hired by Columbia Gas to do work on our house. Danny Norman and Nate Thompson came out and did an outstanding job fixing our water pipes and explaining the process as they went through it. I would definitely have them come back out and work on my house again. Thank you very much for your hard work.
