A1 uses the godfather method. Technician came in, listened to complaint, and promptly told me the cost of $200+ and was I sure I wanted him to do it. In other words, he was there, I had leakage and no other way to fix it except to ok the ?offer I couldn?t refuse.? He was there 22 minutes which brings it to $20 a minute. Problem fixed including my fixed income depletion. I will not be using A1 again.

I highly recommend this company. We received excellent service from start to finish.
Our plumbers, Ken and his assistant George, did an exceptional job repairing our pipes. The plumbing was old and complicated, but they expertly diagnosed and fixed the issues while keeping us informed throughout the process. They were professional, knowledgeable, and did an outstanding job cleaning up after the work was completed.
Our technician, Mike, was also exceptional. He took the time to guide us through what to expect, answered all of our questions, and did a fantastic job repairing our toilet. His professionalism and attention to detail gave us confidence every step of the way.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
I was having trouble with my water heater and contacted A1. They responded immediately and had someone out quickly. Mike came out on Tuesday and assessed the problem and it was determined a new water heater was needed. Ray and Josh were out on Thursday first thing to replace the heater. Ray and Josh were very professional and respectful of our home. I was impressed by the attention they paid to the work and the speed at which it was accomplished. I will definitely use A1 in the future.
