I had a leaky tub faucet. I called in the morning, they had someone out within 6 hours. He fixed it quickly. I was unhappy with their fee structure. It is $69.95 just to come out and an additional $192 for the repair which consisted of putting in 2 washers. The total was $279. I thought the $69.95 was folded into the cost but it is just to come out. The lowest cost on the pricing scale was the $192, so as I said for a small leak or clog it is not worth the money, alsthought the service was very good.

I actually did not install a tankless water heater because of the higher expense. But A-1 did install a replacement water heater. They came out in the morning for an estimate, and volunteered to do it the same day, even though it was not an emergency. It was done to 5pm the same day.
