Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes Repair or Replace
From my first phone call with Demetrice, I was hooked on their customer service. I had a leak under my home and was looking for a service call quote. Before they even made an appointment, she worked with me on the amount charged for the service call. I didn't even have to ask! When D and his brother, Dwayne, arrived, right on time, they were very polite from the time they said hello until they left. They discovered that my water heater was leaking and gave me a quote for replacing this. I had to have time to wrap my head around this. I am on a fixed income so doing this was a shock to my wallet. ( my sweet baby brother.and parents came to my rescue) Anyway, I called D back, and he was able to locate a new water heater and come back within a few hours to replace it. While he was here, he repaired my outdoor faucet for only the price of a service call! He and his brother were such a delight to converse with. They were also very professional. It was a good thing they came back because my water heater was literally busting at a seam! It would have been a bigger disaster had the tank blown. I sincerely hate trying to find people to do work around my home. You just never know who or what you are going to get. I was blessed to have this company do my work. My brother is a plumber, but lives several hours away, and I trust him with all advice. I was consulting with him during this process, and D was being upfront and honest with everything. I have put them in my contact list incase I ever need them, again. I never write reviews on companies but this one deserved a review.

Drain Clog or Blockage Clearing
They referred me to another company because they felt they could not resolve my problem. I appreciated them being honest and not continuing and charging extra when they knew it needed more than they could resolve. Also they gave me a list of three different septic companies. Very helpful. I would definitely call them again.

Very dependable and professional does great work.
Response from A1 Plumbing of Macon
"I appreciate that he said I did great work, but I am very disappointed that he was not happy with the price. I explained to his wife (he was not there) that it would be more expensive than normal because they lived so far from the plumbing supply house. Before I got started with the job, I explained that most of the expense was going to be for driving to and back for parts. I guess she did not explain that to him. I generally beat other licensed, legitimate professional plumbing companies by 20%. If you get another estimate before I get to your house, show it to me and I will beat it by 20%. Again, I appreciate his kind words."

I love them so much they are alittle expensive but the works are great and their advices to help you get the best of hat you need. Thanks for everything now my plumbing are good to go.
Response from A1 Plumbing of Macon
"Thanks for your kind words. It was a pleasure working for you. We boast about saving people money compared to other legitimate licensed professional plumbing companies. Look at all the other reviews we have and no one else mentions our prices being high. Plumbing is expensive but we will beat any other professional plumbing company price by 20% and the work will be done by a Master plumber and not a technician. I do love to hear kind people say nice things about me. Thanks for your great review. Be safe and prosper."

Excellent and professional service.
Response from A1 Plumbing of Macon
"Our prices are 20% less than all franchise plumbing companies. If you look hard enough you can find a person to unstop a sewer for a bottle of wine. But no other professional licensed legitimate business does a better job for a better price."

The plumber came within an hour after I submitted my request. He and his helper wore face masks which is a huge plus given the Coronavirus pandemic to me and my husband. Also, the price was reasonable and it s the 4th of July. We are very pleased.
