"We went back as a courtesy to repair this tub after the shower door installer gouged it and put nicks in it. No charge! Of course if you start scratching at the surface it will come off. This is why we tell you not to use abrasives or scouring pads. Lise hasn't tried to contact us regarding this issue. Why do people post here before coming to us to resolve issues? We can't fix problems we don't know about."
"Dust particles on the surface is common and can easily be buffed out if customer desires. Most disappear after several cleanings. I explained this to Chris and she never expressed that she wanted to have the tub buffed. Since it was only a day after the job was done and the tub didn't even cure for the required 48hrs, I thought she was going to wait and call later if she had any issues, but I haven't heard from her until this post. For whatever reason she decided to write this post before coming to us to resolve any issue she might have. She got a quality job and if it wasn't we would have made it one."
