Mashath arrived on time and did a fantastic job of removing the moss from the roof. He cleaned the gutters thoroughly. He sent pics to keep me informed of his progress. The before and after pics were awesome. He took care to clean up the debris. Excellent work for a reasonable price. I will call him again for future jobs. Mashad was great - got back to me right away with a very solid quote and was out the next day to knock out the work. He arrived and was ready ahead of time, and sorted out the window cleaning right away. Even stayed on to deal with some unusually stubborn grease on one of the windows. Highly recommended!

I am so happy to recommend this man’s work! He was punctual, he greeted us very politely, and proceeded to clean all of our windows without disturbing our day. Our Housecleaners even came while he was here, and asked for his phone number after they saw the kind of job he was doing.
My husband, and I both agree that it has been a long time since we have seen our windows and screens this clean.
His rate was super reasonable and he also provides other services like power, washing, gutter, cleaning, etc.
In this day and age of people not caring about doing their best job, it is refreshing and heartening to have someone like Mashath to work with.

I hired Mashath for window cleaning. He did an excellent job for me, he arrived on time. The windows were superbly cleaned. The window screens were removed and replaced after cleaning. He was very thorough. I couldn't be any happier with the work that he did. He also does gutter cleaning and power wash of roof and pavements if needed. I will definitely hire him again in the future.

Mashath was wonderful!! He returned my call immediately. He was professional and helpful on the phone. He cam to give us an appraisal and his price was better than most. He was punctual, explained everything, his work was exactly what he promised!! He was thorough, professional and cleaned up after his work. Several neighbors have reached out and commented that it looks like we have a new roof. We also had him clean our gutters and he repaired several things that we had no idea were a problem. I would highly recommend him to anyone!!

Our experience with AI Power Wash was terrific. The communications were great, the pricing was very fair, and the service was excellent. Mashath is a professional. He was friendly, punctual, service-oriented, and thorough. I saw a lot of debris coming off our roof all around the house in the hours he spent working on our job, and he cleaned up every bit. This is an essential service, especially in the wake of the LA Fires. In fact, our neighbor's insurance scheduled an inspection and then dropped them for having debris in the gutters. Highly recommended!

Masath Delgado the owner of a1 Power Wash did an excellent job of power washing not only my garden shed but also also all of the pavers in my driveway which were very dirty. In fact, he did such a good job that I then hired him to paint and restore the patio and an old storage unit in my back yard. Masath is a skillful craftsman with an excellent work ethic.
