Dan at A1 Quality Construction Services,Inc. is the greatest contractor. From day we contacted him he has communicated with us on daily basis and we are displaced from the 11/17/13 tornado in Washington,IL. He sends us photos, descriptive info, suggestions and questions along with phone calls on a daily basis through the entire remodel. His compassion for us and taking care of issues with insurance,etc. that we wouldn't have an idea about has been above and beyond our expectations. The project took much longer than anticipated. Dan was great in crediting us for days where workers were not present though. The length of the project just extended well past the projected finish time. I would recommend A1 Quality Construction overall.

****BEWARE****. Terms of contract for basement renovation were met. However, the quality, craftsmanship, and professionalism were horrible. Loud music, smoking in garage, cursing, volatile employee, and multiple descripiencies with the job itself. Contractor/Owner rarely on site to oversee quality & craftsmanship. End of project "touch-ups" were done by owner alongside the large amounts of dust/debre left behind as well. If doing a "remodel".. Pass quickly on this one.

A1 Quality Construction Services is the perfect name for this company. They live up to their name and we won't use anyone else. We had an idea of how our remodel would turn out before we started; But when finished, the end result Far Exceeded our greatest hopes. From the beginning they worked with us, stayed within our budget, started as scheduled and finished when promised. The coordination and attention to details was phenomenal to watch; it was true professionalism with both top quality and pride in workmanship.

Came out day after I called gave me a estimate. Went over exactlly what he needed to do within the budget I had to work with. Worked with me the whole way on what was going on and asked for my input on on what was being done. He took care of alot of extra things he came across because he wanted it "done right" he went the extra mile and did what it took to stay within budget and time frame,without cutting into quality of work. Dan was always available and flexible when needing to meet and speak with him. I would have them do more work in future,and recommend. I love my new kitchen and living room. The quality of the completed project was good and the floor tile job was excellent. The time required to complete the project was close to the initial estimate. A good plan from the start for what you want done will help a lot to avoid any problems that may come up during the project. A1 will try to work them out.

We had them remodel our garage and we were very pleased with the work. We hired them for a second job, which was to install siding on the side and back of our house. It was an excellent job. We are very pleased with the finished work. We will hire them again in the future for further home improvement projects.

Dan was prompt, kept his promise on when the work would begin, and his quoted price was the completed project price. The workmanship on the project was also top-knotch. I will definitely consider A1 Quality Construction Services, Inc. for any future work I need.
