Sewer Main Clearing
Very polite on the phone when discussing the problem and price. Decided to make an appointment a few days later. Came out the same day. Very polite in person. Explained each step while working. He was training also and his new employee was just as polite as him. Cleaned up and recommended ongoing maintenance and issues that may arise. I will definitely use again and recommend to anyone that needs plumbing services. Best service I have had!!

Mike was prompt in coming out and is a very personable guy. However, I suggest you do as Mike suggested I do... Hire a plumber. He recommended WILHITES PLUMBING (812) 774-8777. I've included Tom's phone number to save your time. I hired A1 to do a drain clean out. After fixing garbage disposal that I specifically told him I could and would handle myself, he charges me $85 to free the blades, using my tool. (Took all of about 30 seconds) Mike with his 35 years experience said the main drain out of my house was plumbed backwards. Really? No. After Mike spent two hours figuring out which direction to snake the pipe, he got clean water flowing and left. First time I used the toilet, it backs up again. Called Mike to come back out to actually fix what I paid him $260 to complete. Over the phone Mike tells me he is going to make it right. He said he would use camera to get in the line to see what the problem is so we can get it taken care of. That never happened.. he said I use the wrong brand of toilet paper and that was what my problem was. REALLY?! That just sounds stupid. Mike took the time to meet Tom (WILHITES) at my house for the second opinion. After confirmation that it was in fact plumbed correctly and could be snaked out, Mike left after telling WILHITES he didn't wanna take the time to do it. I paid this man and he doesn't wanna take the time to do the job correctly. You've been warned.. CALL SOMEONE ELSE. *I'm willing to delete this review when Mike makes it right and does what I paid him to do

"As stated I got it draining. One problem I had was the cable kept going up the vent this is what Lead me to think it might have had an upside down fitting so I called Tom and he confirmed all was ok. Which was done with a no charge. I fixed the disposal no charge. I recommended using a thinner paper that breaks down in water quicker. So I offered to run camera and if found a physical problem and we did the repair no charge for camera. Needless to say some people know more than I do."

Very prompt and polite service. He was honest about the issues we had and worked hard to fix the issue in the most economic way possible. Easy to talk to. Kept me informed the whole time of the progress and potential cost of the job. No surprises in the end. I would definitely recommend his service.

Sewer Main Clearing
Showed up an hour after I called. Did the work (outside in the rain with no complaints) and cleaned up the mess so well I couldn't tell they had been here. A couple of hours later I discovered I still had a little problem. But Mike came back the next day and fixed it.

Mike went way and above to make sure my drain was completely free of all the roots.He was a very friendly guy and I will tell all my neighbors about how great his work is. i Did not write the previous review. I am very displeased with service that Mike did. Hw was not able to find the problem. Told me to call City Sewer Dept as the problem had to be on their end. Called them and after they dug up my backyard, they could not find the problem. I called another plumber and after being at my house found the problem and fixed it in 1.5 hours or less. Mike charged me over $700.00 for work not completed. The other plumber charged me $200.00 for a job completed. I will never use A-1Redi Rooter again. You say it was more than what we anticipated. If you would have looked a little further, you would have found the blockage. The problem could have been fixed in one day and I wouldnât have had to get the City involved as you told me to do and now I have a mess in my back yard. Instead, you over charged for work that you couldnât complete. Enough Said. Iâm very disappointed in your work!

Working with A1 Redi Rooter was a very pleasant experience. Mike, the plumber who came out to the house, diagnosed and fixed the problem in record time. It turned out that I needed a new sump pump, and he had it up and running in less than 30 minutes.The total cost for parts and labor was very reasonable. I will definitely use their services again.
