Upon speaking with Tony C. , he recommended first testing a sample, which he did. The results came back negative, so there was no need for his services. Tony was very courteous and patient while explaining everything to me during this process, which I really appreciated. Upfront and honest, the kind of professional I always hope for. If I need this service in the future, I would certainly hire this company.

Tony the foreman, was very concerned and courteous. He went out of his way to give excellent customer service. As far as we are concerned, he acted much more professional and caring then most contractors in the area. He took us under his wing and tired to be helpful in every way. The workmen who came to do the abatement were very courteous and capable, also. The office staff left much to be desired, however. If indeed there was an office staff? I never got any satisfaction when I called the office. What? I would recommend this company to my friends anytime, as long as they get some staff who can help us in the office.

A-1 Remediation staff have excellent knowledge and understanding of mold removal. They care about thier customer's concerns about health and safety and consider this when they are performing the remediation. I could not find another remediation company more knowledgeable and considerate than A-1. After extensive and exhausting research on mold (out of concern for my family's health and safety, I found A-1 to be the best choice for remediation of our bathrooms after water leaks had been identified.

They did the job quickly, passed the air clearance and left the space very clean. They did almost no damage to the walls (while installing barriers) and were very professional. And their price was very fair. My only complaint was that I asked the foreman to call me when they finished and were ready to leave and they didn�t do that. They just left�
