A1 Concrete Leveling and Foundation Repair is locally owned by Utility Maintenance Contractors LLC.UMC has been in business since 1999, and with an inhouse engineer we are able to offer Safe, Quality solutions to all problems that arise. The Foundations superintendent has more than a decade of foundation experience, and all of our managers/supervisors involved with foundations go through training with your supplier/vendor. A1 prides ourselves on offering customers full solutions, while having flexibility to work with customer wants and needs. Whether you need a crawl space jack installed, or a wall of your house lifted, we always appreciate the opportunity to work with customers on a solution to the problem and making sure you, the customer, are comfortable with A1 and our customer experience.
