The roof is fine, but the attic fan is defective, and has not been fixed yet after 2 weeks.

Everyone, and I mean everyone, was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. I would hire them again in a New York minute. They cleaned very well when finished too. Thank you Korrin, Jonathan, Steve and Carlos.

Workers showed up promptly for work and completed the project promptly. Cannot really judge how effective the replacement/repair is until there is a heavy rainstorm or multiple rainstorms to see if there is continued leaking; only time and weather will tell. But the roof looks good at least.

Unbelievable, I put a request in on home advisor Tuesday around 8:00 PM, my phone rang 5 minutes later. I explained to Rich that my roof was leaking and I was concerned with a big storm set to arrive Thursday. He told me he would come to my house the next morning by 10:00,he showed up right on time and after discussing options, he said the thing to do right now was tarp the roof. He made a call and told his guy to come ASAP . By 2:00 in the afternoon the roof was tarped, I can t believe how hard it rained that Thursday along with heavy winds, if Rich didn t come through for me, I can t imagine the damage I would have had. They will be replacing the roof next Spring, Incredibly, he also said he would credit what I paid for the tarping toward the cost of the new roof. This man is so professional and does what he says, I would recommend using them for any project you might have. Thanks again Rich and I ll see you in the Spring.

Rich and Zac went above and beyond with my roof repair. They came out and informed me that it looked like it was an insurance repair on my roof. I could not thank them enough for all their help and assistance. Rich and Zac took excellent care and went above and beyond. The insurance company came out and did deem my roof replacement was an insurance claim. When Zac and Rich were replacing my roof they ran into rafter rot and quickly called my insurance company and explained the situation to insurance and sent pictures and the insurance company said to repair the rafters also. I got new plywood and rafters and upgraded singles and a 10 year warranty on labor from Rich and Zac. The insurance company also said to replace 2 gutters on the house but Rich and Zac had their gutter team come out and replace them all. I now have a new roof and gutters and could not be more pleased with their attention to detail and craftmanship, I would highly recommend A1 Roofing and Waterproofing LLC to anyone who needs a new roof. Do not hesitate to contact them for your roofing needs. Professional, prompt and their first concern was to make my house whole again and make sure I was completely happy.
