You get no receipt or paperwork for service. Hard to refer people when you don't get any paperwork or guarantee on work. A bit expensive when wall mount was already installed and my husband had to help. Large tv but only one man sent. He was very courteous and got the job done correctly. I might add that he did hook everything up and walked me through the setup of my new tv which was very helpful.

Keewan was very helpful & knowledgeable about his work! Very polite as well! Definitely would use him again!

Kyle was very friendly and professional in his demeanor. He called to let me know ahead of our appointment time that he was running late. I wish that all service people were this conscientious. It showed a respect for my time as well as his. Kyle helped remove and mount a new TV. He made the connections correctly and would have cleaned up the cable routing had I not insisted on doing it myself. I would recommend his services without reservation . Frank

Hired Kyle to mount TV over fireplace in my home which he did, but in the process hit a pipe in the wall for my upstairs bathroom which he supposedly fixed. The next day my sink isn't working so I contact them and the get the runaround about coming back to finish the work because he also cut a hole in my living room wall and just put a piece of dry wall and some mud over it and left it. It has now been 5 days since the work was done I had to call a plumber to come fix the problem. Noone from the company will answer or return my calls or text messages. Very unprofessional. Bad business.

Kyle was very professional and pleasant to work with. The techician was very nice and professional. Their prices are great. I had someone quote me twice as much. Theses guys are AWSOME.

Keywon was very pleasant and resourceful. Stayed very late to figure out how to run cables to all parts of my home, not an easy thing to do considering I have multiple attics and a large home. After staying much later than he probably thought he would have to when I first hired A1, the final price was the same, no extra charge for the added difficulty. Also a very nice fellow, would definitely use him again when I finish my basement.

Keywon did a great job. Figured out how to run a data line to an upstairs bedroom/office without having to drill outside. Showed up several hours early, which normally would be great but I wasn’t home from work yet. Needed a quick run to Lowe’s for a part too. Very satisfied overall.

Kyle was great! He came on a Sunday to mount our tv and he was very nice!
