Garage Door - Install or Replace
When I received a call from Crystal Doors, I assuemd they had the wrong customer. They didn't identify they were a contractor for A-1Service. The lack of communication lead to confusing and the lack of communication between the two parties of the old doors being removed. I was involved in contacting A-1 to have him speak with the contractor. After the communication barrier was taken care of, the completed work was fantastic and completed in a timely manner.
