Our water heater went out in Sunday. We called Monday morning and they fit us into the schedule and we had a new water heater by 2 pm that day.

The arrived quickly and spent a good amount of time working with us looking for the leak. When one wasn't found they gave us instructions and said they would follow up in a couple of days. Three days later they called and we had found the leak. The leak was not in the plumbing so they did not end up performing any repairs. They we're very professional and I will definitely use them again.

They came when they said they would and the price was exactly as quoted.

He came when I gave up on my sink faucet installation.

Dan seemed very knowledgeable . He quoted $1175 to install a 50 gallon gas water heater. When he was finished with the job he told me it was going to be $1325 which was $150 more than his quote. He charged $50 for a 3” flue pipe, $50 for an expansion tank & $50 for pan for underneath the tank. I received a call from STG Water Heater after Dan had started the job. That guy said he was installing gas water heaters for $975..wish I would’ve used them.

They are quick when you need them. They are very honest, knowledgeable and helpful.
