"As I did the first time I spoke to this customer. There was an error with the amount the office girl charged his card and the card machine company was returning the overage back to the card so at that point it was out of my hands. There was no need to call 2-4 times a day for me to keep repeating myself what was going on that the card machine company was putting the money directly back to the card. I guess this guy was under the impression that I was going to go and just give him cash when the money was already taken out of my account to go back to his. I do apologize for the inconvenience but I did explain what had happened. Thank you sir"

I had to replace a rotted fascia board which was causing soffit panels to fall and his 45 ft gutter came loose from the house so there was nothing for the gutter to attach to. Not only was I able to fix everything and install a new gutter I also included all new leaf guards at no additional charge for him so he doesn't have to clean those gutters non stop with all the trees around his house.
