We have a difficult driveway for their long pickup with a very organized trailer that they work from efficiently but they managed!

They were professional and thorough.

The price was very reasonable!.

Robert and his partner showed up when they said they would, moved things that were in the way, did their work and replaced the things they had to move. They power washed the house and our detached garage, cleaned out the gutters, and cleaned the roof on the detached garage. I was amazed at how much better it looked! Courteous and professional... I will definitely be hiring them in the future!

The owner came out on a holiday weekend to review and discuss the job. He was the first of the 3 companies to respond and offered the best price (which the others then agreed to meet). He provided a good education on the method to be used and the differences in methods used in the industry. He did the job later the same week with excellent results.

I hired A-1 Spotless to power wash the house and deck, and also paint the foundation of the house. They did a great job!

Customer Service answer service should have a better process to recognize call backs on the same project or subject. I called twice about the scheduled time and each time it was like I was calling the first time. No recognition of the customer was calling for a second time. I talked to robert and he said thanks for the feedback and he would address.

On time. Did a great job and great customer service. Recommended to all.
