The work was ok, but unfinished. Tried calling them back several times to see when they would be able to return but they were unresponsive. I did not like the fact that they wanted to be paid before the job was complete. As of right now I would NOT recommend A 1 Total Solutions!!!

i am not pleased with this pro. He came to see the extents of work and we agreed with the price and they sent me the estimate. he was one day late and the next day he came and everything was fine than the asked me to see him and says i have to charge you more because it is not what i thought and start getting upset and with terrible attitude he cut the wall and ceiling and made a big miss in my laundry room. he was saying that we pay home advisor, Home Advisor work for us. It all started with nice conversation and respect. i do not know why this guy acted this way. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Thanks,

I was very pleased with how quickly this company responded to my service request. Courtesy and competence best describes their key attributes. I will definitely use them again for future projects.

They were able to send a workman out for a emergency roof leak which he was able to fix. There is a big rain storm coming here in a day so we really appreciated their juggling the schedule for us. Very personable Workman.

From start to finish, a very positive experience.

After the closet was complete he didn't clean up, he offered to paint the closet it took 3 weeks of calling to get someone to paint the closet, then the person that finally arrived to paint had back and knee issues and couldn't do the job by himself. After the job was done I added a few items in the closet and the closet shelving unit collapsed the screws were drilled into the drywall and not supported. Additionally, the manner in which he spoke to me was disrespectful. I informed the owner of the behavior and she said maybe he didn't take his medicine.

They were very responsive and attached to the schedule as promised.

Make sure you clean up the leftover items. The job was done well, however there was debris left behind. Overall, great job.

Customer service and craftsmanship with this company is top notch!! They are very responsive, friendly, and communicative. I never have to guess what is going on with a project, or get a bill I don't understand. They do quality work, quickly. Any job that they can handle at our property, they will get the job first. Very impressed, and am so grateful I found them. Stress level = down!

This contractor is one of the most unreliable I have ever encountered. When I first contacted they were booked and could not be here for over a week. That was OK with me since we were going out of town. On the scheduled day they called just before appointment time and told "something had come up" and would not be able to make it. We rescheduled for the next day at 10 am. The technician (Eric) showed up 40 minutes late with no explanation. He quoted a price to complete the work which I thought was high but I agreed to the price. He returned with supplies and completed his job. Since he did an OK job I requested more work to be completed- some minor tasks. He quoted me $150 and he said he would be back in two days. He texted late the night before and said he would be unable to make it (emergency?). We rescheduled for the following week and confirmed the night before via text. He never showed and did not respond to my text or calls on the day of the appointment. After one hour of waiting, I called the office. I was told he was at Home Depot, but the job price had now TRIPLED. I emphasized that Eric (her husband) had already agreed to perform services. She told me she would talk to Eric and get back to me but never did. Unreliable- failed to show up for two scheduled appointments and cancelled two. Dishonest-quoted one price then insisted on triple the amount on the day of the appointment.
