"We did a wonderful job at installing the sod and came back 2 times to make you were satisfied. Before the sod was laid, you didn't tell the company that the neighbors yard had erosion problems that came in you're yard."
"There was a misunderstanding from the beginning as to what the customer wanted, She is from the Uk so she told us she wanted the pecan trimmed back NOT TOPPED. Before job was started she signed a new contract with new price. There is a big difference in topping a tree and trimming it back. Also we were working and it started raining during the job. The rain came in that afternoon and stayed for a week. We can not help mother nature and that the bucket truck got stuck in the backyard. The fence was put back up like asked when it completely dried up. The yard was not torn up we used plywood on the ground to get the truck out and also the wrecker did. The crew also raked the yard and filled any little holes there was. Onsite she was very understanding and nice I called her to try and resolver her issues and she hung up on me. We are a very professional company and have never had to deal with this. She is from a different state so different understandings how work is completed."
