A-1 Property Maintenance Solutions saved the day! After a "friend of a friend" left my front porch severely damaged, A1 Property Maintenance quickly responded to my phone call. They remediated the lead-paint contaminated soil around the porch, removed the old structure, and rebuilt the porch to support the front roof according to my engineer's plans. I was very pleased with the result, and impressed by the hard work and professionalism of everyone in the company. The crew who worked on my house showed up early in the morning every day, worked hard, and left the job site clean. Although we had some bumps along the way due to the city's permitting system, Shawn guided us through and the porch passed all the inspections along the way.
