It took six weeks. On pick they changed the contract on you. Duration was supposed to be to be two weeks, I got my stuff 5weeks later

Hi Fred we are so very sorry for the trouble with your move. I'm from A2B Customer Service and we only have one call from you March 5 of 2023 asking for a link to claims. At that time you didn't even mention any damaged items just that you wanted the link, which takes you away from A2B and to the Claims Processor. Radio Silence since then. I'm pulling together the paperwork and will give you a call to discuss in the next few days.

Dennis, Azamont and Albert were some of the hardest working people â ¦ very professional. They treated all of our items with care and had our three bedroom house loaded up and ready to go before we knew it. Hire them for your move you wonâ  t be disappointed!

Excellence at its best in every area of my experience! Sandy was phenomenal, friendly, knowledgeable and very flexible when I had to change the specifics of my order several times.. The movers were in a whole class of their own. They were kind, efficient, experienced, and every box securely packaged. and every detail taken care of, as if it was their own. There were four movers to pack my belongings, however there was only one person to deliver my boxes to my new home. By himself, he worked tirelessly, without a break placing each box, no matter how heavy, carefully in its new location. I could not recommend this company more highly. Iâ m grateful they made my difficult move seamless and easy for me. 100% professional in every way!

They were very fast (to fast) hap hazardly throwing clothes in with appliances, couldnâ t find a lot of items cuz they where mixed in with other items. Yes I was busy doing multiple things and couldnâ t supervise every move, but commonsense did not apply. They where nice and courteous. Up charged on packing Materials, had the very same service when I came into California and only paid 1/2 of what they charged. Sticker shock. Then while frantically unpacking trying to find the Necessities needed to eat and get dressed, Carla from the office called me everyday for this review. Wanted to know if they could send me codes, emails etc and get the survey done for theee days. I had to ask her to stop calling me. Iâ m not exactly â happyâ with the situation.
