Took the time to talk through the problem and resolve it.

I had asked them to fix two appliances: they replaced one but gave me no information or choices on the replacement. The other one they could not fix. Subsequently my building handyman fixed the remaining problem and it took him 10 minutes. However, the Home Advisor guys did arrive the same day and on time.

Very professional excellent choice for landlords with repair needs on appliances old and new.

I GOT RIPPED OFF -- DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! They responded and came promptly for a dryer repair, but the problem was going to be too expensive to fix on such an old appliance. I asked for the repairman to replace the old dryer vent duct in preparation for a new dryer. He charged me $100 for an aluminum foil duct and the 5 minutes it took to install it! And I was stupid enough to allow it -- lesson learned, I will never ever use them again and I suggest you don't either!

Had them over May 28, 2015 to repair a refrigerator; the technician was several hours late. Upon arrival, he diagnosed the problem and said the total cost was going to be $$492, of which I had to pay $200 that day. Parts had to be ordered. We did not hear from him again for a week until we kept calling and calling; finally the technician came back with the parts on June 5, 2015. After a lengthy repair time, the parts were installed but the freezer door had not been properly replaced; I noticed this and caught him before he left to replace it correctly. I am writing this because the refrigerator is again not working, and can only assume defective parts were installed. I have not called them back because I don't want to pay their $70 walk in fee for a repair that should have lasted at least a year. It would have been cheaper just to buy a new one.

Extremely prompt and showed up when they said. Kept me informed of what was going on. I am an absentee landlord. Told me that they would email me a receipt. I've not received it yet, work was done yesterday late afternoon. It was determined that the refrig. was not repairable and I was told I needed to buy a new one. A photo of the situation was sent to me. I had a little difficulty with understanding the phone conversations due to accents. Thought the service charge was very reasonable.

The technician arrived as scheduled. The appliances was repaired and it is working fine. My only complaint is that I found it just a little pricey for the type of work.

I placed the service request and they were very quick to respond, went to site as they stated, and kept me well informed during the entire project. Unfortunately, it is a day later and I am still waiting the invoice for the paid receipt and written description for the work performed.

The service person did not listen to the description of the problem and the way the dishwasher malfunctioned. For the second service call I was not called ahead of time as requested, and did not know when he was coming, nor what day.

Came the same day and changed the faulty heating coil in my dryer. Worked quickly and efficiently.

They are a true rip off. They charged me $70 just to come to my home, and had the tech touched my dryer it would have been an additional $299.00. The $369.00 was only the beginning, because then I would have been paying for the work and parts. It was cheapier just to buy a new dryer, I paid them $70 for walikg thru my front door. Never/ever would I use them again or recommend them.

They looked at my dishwasher and told me that it was not worth fixing which I appreciated. The whole visit tool all of 20 minutes.

They arrived several hours after they said they would, and then charged us $340 to take apart our fridge to fix a persistent humming that then started up again as soon as they left. I called to complain and the repairman said the fridge was probably making noise just because it was summer and was working harder. When I asked him why he charged us $340, his reply was he had to open the fridge up to check. This is a classic rip-off. Don't hire these guys unless you want to experience the same thing.

Fast, Courteous. and Reliable. Repairman called right away after selecting appointment. Responsive to email. Availability on a weekend which I was glad to have had since I didn't want to miss a day a work. Repairman diagnosed, made some recommendations and replaced my ice maker within 30 minutes. Highly recommend. Fast and reliable.

Excellent service, quick response and follow up. Seemed a little expensive.

They were three hours late (so much for that day), and charged $390 for a 15 minute job replacing a $10 part.

They came right on time and were very friendly. It was a little expensive and my wife wasn't home, so they gave us an estimate, went and made a few other calls, and then came back the same day after we decided to go ahead with the repair instead of purchasing a new dishwasher. Very friendly, too. Would definitely use them again.

They came right in and fixed the problem, they replaced the parts that needed to be replaced. They were very professional and very courteous. Qucik response would use them again.
