Called about freezer not dispensing ice and water. Great communication initially on the phone with this company but I later found out I was lied to regarding cost. I was told the initial service call for a diagnosis was $95. I agreed to pay this when I scheduled the call. Any additional charges were to be discussed with me and rescheduled (if needed). I had a feeling it would be something simple but did not have time to research and troubleshoot on my own. Initial diagnosis by the technician (after only a 5-10 minute inspection) was incorrect stating we needed $600 in parts. I questioned the tech on this diagnosis and he discovered (5 minutes later) all that was wrong was that the control lock button needed to be held down. Nothing was actually broken! This sounds like great news and it is unfortunate I had to pay him $95 to tell me this, but it was worth it to get this issue fixed. I am glad it was not major. But wait! He charged me an additional $40 for fixing it. He was here less than 30 minutes and there was nothing actually broken. The diagnosis was that the control lock button needed to be pressed to make the dispenser turn back on. I paid $95 for this knowledge. The $40 additional charge was not necessary. I could press the button on my own. It required no special skills. I should have argued this invoice before paying it but I totally felt taken advantage of when he left. Called them back and left voicemail to discuss before leaving this review and got no return phone call. How would you feel if you were me?

Fantastic customer service experience. Everything from dispatch to service tech was on point completely throughout the process. We had to order a part for our Samsung dryer. A to Z communicated with us all along the way and installed on schedule. Brian was terrific. We will use A to Z for everything we can moving forward.

Excellent customer service. Responded to my request on Angie s List within minutes, came out to home promptly, and was very professional. Quickly identified the a/c issue and made the repair. Also provided guidance as to additional work that may be needed in the future and offered reasonable options based on our budget and need. Overall, individual, professional, and courteous service. Would highly recommend.

Brian was fantastic very knowledgeable about my Samsung ice maker and refrigerator s problems, direct about cost-benefit of certain repairs, quick replying to my calls or texts, and fixed my refrigerator as soon as the parts were available.

They came right away, were professional, friendly, honest and upfront about my issue. They even resolved another issue on another appliance while they were there. Wonderful experience, affordable and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend and will rehire.
