I would not hire him again!

This guy cost me lot of money and stress. Never finish the job. Stole my materials worth 1600 dollars. The fence work look so crappy that it is already need repair. Did not clean his mess ever. I wait more than 2 month to complete the fence but it never happen. Please do not hire him for any job.

While the quality of work seems to be great (I say seems because the job was never completed and I am going by pictures Iâ ve seen), the communication, prioritization, work ethic, professionalism and dependability arenâ t there. Kaiser was personable but he chose when he wanted to come and how long he wanted to work. A project that he quoted should only take 4 days extended to 3 weeks due to inconsistent attendance. Several days he didnâ t show and didnâ t communicate. The first week of the project he only worked 2 hours on one day. I had to constantly reach out to ask about his ETA and no matter what he told me, I learned to add 2 hours onto it. So if he told me Iâ ll see you in 45 mins, it would be about 3 hours later when he finally arrived. I eventually had to cut ties with him and am left with an incomplete project after not hearing from him for 4 days straight. Now my dining room is a mess and I am looking for another contractor to come in and complete the job, hoping however he/she works is similar to how Kaiser works so that the job doesnâ t have to be started from scratch. I would NOT recommend using this contractor and ask you to proceed with caution.

Great experience

For anyone needing work done on their home, Mr. Ervin is a professional! That goes double for me because I was out of town on business. We set up a time so he could get an idea what the job would require. He gave me a quote, picked up supplies, and had us done the very next day. He kept me updated throughout and sent pictures both before and after. I'll definitely keep him on speed dial in the future.

Kaiser was able to work me into his schedule B4 forecasted rain arrived. Cleaned out debris birds left and completed my needed repairs. Will hire him again the next time I'm in need for future repairs.
