I called A2Z asking if they could help me with the replacement of concrete stairs. After calling Keith at A2Z he returned my call and came out looked at my concrete pre-cast stairs. He measured them and told me he could haul away the concrete stairs and build wooden stairs in their place. The same size with treated wood and two guard rails for $475.00 we talked about the quality of wood and durability. He knows what a quality job should look like because he described what he should have done very well. This was a Friday and he said he could be out Sunday to do the Job. Sunday came, no show and no call, he would not answer the phone. My husband called from a different number and he answered and told my husband he told me Monday. Well he didn't show up or call on Monday either. Tuesday we left a message that he either contact us with a date he is willing to follow through with or return our deposit of $150.00. He sent a guy out with three pre-made steps and stringers on Wed. The carpenter could see that three would not work. The stairs would have to be nearly a foot high each. It was Keith trying to do the job as cheaply as possible. The carpenter had to wait for Keith to bring the extra step. The steps were barely three foot wide not the four foot wide steps promised. Only one guard rail was installed . He didn't put a foundation under the stairs so when the earth erodes they won't even be stable. This is certainly not the quality job he promised. When the carpenter was going to leave he tried to tell my husband they couldn't haul the demolished concrete steps away because of some issue with their vehicle. My husband refused to pay him until the debris was picked up. If I would have been home I would not have paid him $475.00 for a $200.00 job. I found A2Z to be unprofessional , unreliable and show a lack of integrity. I had hired Keith to purchase and install Christmas lights on my house by Thanksgiving. They took my payment for both the lights and labor and did not do the job. Do not hire this company.

Just one word to describe their service.... Awesome! I was in an urgent need to fix my bathroom glass door. I live in the suburbs and despite traffic and same day rush, they arrive and fixed the door. They are very professional and service is top quality. I certainly recommend giving them a call if you need someone to do the job once and well done.

Keith and his two employees did some demolition work in the basement of my house. They worked very hard for almost four hours. It was a big, dirty job and they did a very good job. I would hire them again if I had more demo work to do.

Keith and Mike were wonderful. Great service and knowledgeable in their craft. The weather was terrible when they came to install my decorative outside shutters and they still got the job done in a timely manner. I will use them again and listen to their suggestions!

Responded promptly and got the job done expeditiously. The weather was miserable and they still performed the job. Michael was friendly and explained how to address a few other areas on my home needing attention.

Responded right away and got the job done quickly, and at a reasonable price. I was not there personally, but the person who was also reported they were friendly and professional. My only hesitation in writing this review is I don't want them to get too much work because I want to use them again in the future!

Great Service and very Timely. Called in a request at 1pm and by 5pm they were on premise and my items were removed. Best Part is how they valued my time. When they said they would be there at 5pm they were there at 5pm (5:03pm to be exact). Cost was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend them and no doubt I will be using them again in the future
