? WARNING: Do NOT hire A2 Reliable Construction LLC ? I paid this company $1,500 upfront for deck painting, wallpaper removal, and interior painting. Their workers showed up for only a day and a half total, then vanished without finishing a single job. Here?s what they left behind: ? ? Deck half-finished ? only partially double-coated and never completed. ? ? Wallpaper removal botched ? they ripped off only the top layer and then told me to paint over glue instead of fixing it properly. ? ? No-shows for days ? they ignored calls, texts, and reminders and never returned to complete anything. ? ? Admitted they would not come back unless I agreed to additional unrelated work ? effectively holding my deck job hostage. ? ? Left my home in disarray and forced me to hire another contractors to finish the job.

Edwin Marroquin came saw the job, priced it and all. The work appears to have been done well, however one of his workers slipped and his foot went through the ceiling in my sun room. They did put a piece of sheetrock to cover the hole however that is how they left it. When I texted him when they would finished patching and painting it, Edwin never replied. Never pay in full if the job is not done in full

Do your self a favor and hire Ed of A2 Reliable Construction for fireplace repair and all your other construction and outside paving etc. jobs.

Unreliable, does not show up when promised. I Had to constantly reinspect his work and he had to redo his work multiple times. Very unprofessional, they do the least they can do to get paid. After he got the final payment, he refused to return calls or show up as promised to address the leaking roof that he supposedly fixed. They left debris on the roof and in the side yard. Would not work with them again or recommend them.

Arrived on time. Mindful of our property - cleaned up all debris. Great job rebuilding our chimney on a very hot day.

They did a very good job of cleaning up afterwards. I am pleased with t heir work!
