Did our roof 5 yrs ago, did an excellent job, price was very reasonable, and professionally done. I called him for repair because of wear and tear, Armando, the owner promptly did it for me for FREE! I highly recommend the company for roof repair and installation.

The job started on schedule. Their employees are very professional and worked like a well oiled machine. I highly recommend them.

Armando Pares and the A3 crew functioned as a well oiled machine. From the estimate with several options to a quick start date and the best quality materials and workmanship these folks made a worrisome project a breeze. In 8 hours the job was finished, including a spotless cleanup. The finished job has drawn many compliments from our neighbors. My single regret is that I cannot rate A3 more than the 5 stars allowed. Great service, while removing the roofing some if the time broke my my screen on the back patio. I notify then the same day , the next morning some one was there to replace it. Only problem that screen has been broken when I checked it couple month after. I will A3 to see what he will do. The screen must be a cheaper quality from the original. No other problem.

Armando's presentation and price won the job. He had a hard-working crew and the roof looks good. He helped me complete two other pressing projects that I was concerned about. At the time of booking the project, I voiced two concerns: I strongly requested that none of his workers walk on the lanai roof and I didn't want to work in the rain. On the scheduled day there was forecast a 60% chance of rain, and I called to reschedule. His workers started the job anyway, they worked four hours in the rain under plastic sheeting. Additionally, I observed one of his workers on the lanai roof with a backpack blower cleaning up debris. Armando agreed to return and repair the damaged seams, He never returned to repair the damaged and leaking seams. Moreover, I have concern for excessive air pressure on his nailing guns. When examining the wood work performed as an add on job, I found the nail heads sunk 1/4" deep into the wood, I am concerned for failure of my new roof in such case that the nail heads are pressed through the new shingles. I am disappointed that Armando didnâ t pay attention to details, address my concerns, and wrap up the job.

Very professional and very fair price with no surprises. Armando did a beautiful job and was very quick to respond and complete the job. I can see why he was highly recommended and would not hesitate to recommend him. They finished our new roof yesterday. This company gave us the most thorough estimate, with three options. They patiently discussed the project, answering all our questions and showing samples to explain different possibilities. Their estimate included a copy of their roofing contractor''s license, a copy of their general contractor's license, and a copy of their insurance certificate. They were prompt and very thorough as they re-roofed our home, fixing damaged wood and fascias. We even had them replace skylights on our shop out back. When they were finished, they cleaned the work area thoroughly. What a wonderful company. And Armando is terrific, a man of his word. We would gladly recommend this company for any job!

Quick work but not cheap work. My 50's roof was is 1x6 instead of plywood sheets, they replaces with 1x6, which was more work, but important for me to keep. Roof was down and replaced i. 2 days. Most roofers gave us 6 weeks out.

The only company that asked for money up front but since they promised to complete the job the same week I signed, I agreed. Efficient and quality work.

A3 roofing presented their materials and service to us very completely. No other company spent the time to show us all this. They made every effort to get to our job ASAP as we needed the building. They did work above and beyond what was agreed upon to start with. A very good and reliable company. They said their prices were average. But we found their quality was above average.

Absolutely the best experience! Armando and his crew were on site when promised and finished when promised - they were efficient, professional and cleaned up after themselves . My husband stayed home on day two (the day the shingles were put on). When the county building inspector came by he told my husband that he never had to worry about the work done by A3 Roofing, they always did great work! We have recommended Armando to everyone that mentions they’re in need of a new roof. We’ve had several neighbors use A3 as well based on what they saw as he worked on our home.
