This contractor is absolutely horrible. He left in he middle of a job all to have his men screw up the entire layout. They did a shotty job at best. They ran out of square pavers so they started using regular bricks. Juliano talks a good talk but he is horrible and has no idea what he is doing. He paved over tree stumps, he laid pavers on top of irrigation lines. It's just a big mess dealing with this guy. He tried to ask for full payment before he skipped out of town to Brazil. This Jokester is not registered with the BBB and is ripping people off left and right. I am going to have to hire another company to fix what he messed up. ANYBODY is better than Juliano! He has 3-4 business names out here because he has to keep running from all these shotty jobs. Any post saying he did a good job is fake for sure. This contractor is a joke.

Interlocking Pavers for Patios, Walks & Steps Installation
Juliano did a terrible job on my pool deck. So bad it had to be redone by another vendor. Many pieces were moving as you walk on them or caving in. I caught him in a lie several times blaming other vendors for delays, when it was him the whole time and faking the wording on invoices to try to cut corners. Gave him a two stars because his crew before they left him, did a good job on my driveway, mailbox, retaining wall, and fence on the retaining wall. Only reason I haven?t dragged him to court for the pool deck job is they did an effective job on those others and I have a little compassion for his family.

The quality of work was horrific and they did not use the material in the quote. Contract states that we must go to mediation and now the owner stated that he can't afford the $400. Worst experience we've ever had.
