The shittesst and most tude ?supervisor? i asked to soeak to the owner or supervisor and she said she doesnt know when owner will be in and that there was no one else but her to help theyve done the shittest job on settling my home and having it ready for us on time caulking is horrible the trimming is terrible all different sizes and the communication is horrible they never know anything on hand they always have to call you back and HOURS LATER DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PPL

Brought in a Mobil Home to the Ranch location. These guys installed the pad. Mike did a really good job. So I was going to have them run the Power, water and tie In the septic. Sent me a quote kinda high but they were going to do it all. So I said yes and canceled all the other bidding. On the Thursday before the work was to start on Monday I got an invoice to PAY INFUll. Before the work can start. I told them I would pay for materials but not labor till started. NOPE they wanted 100% up front. No way will I do business like that. You want to pay a contractor that you donâ t know up front. I never will.
