Martin was running a bit late but he sent a text to me to let me know what time he would be arriving. I reeeeeally appreciate that! He was very courteous and volunteered to reattach a couple of gutter spouts that had come loose. He did an excellent job on the indoor projects. I can't say enough good things.

My house is 105 years old and there were a lot of irregularities in the existing installation, but they communicated well and worked with me to keep my costs down and quality up. Adam provided the rates I requested, and his workers (Martin & Joe) did a good job of communicating any issues - such as when the original installation wasn't done right but they confirmed it was still sound so I could make a value judgment on whether to make changes.
