A7 Construction and Deconstruction Services, LLC

Very nice people to work with.

Came to fix a roof leak that was coming into the kitchen during rainstorm. Identified the problem as poor repair jobs by previous roofers. They spent all day repairing problems found near vents, but especially the valley run near the kitchen and installed repairs. Would probably hire them again when I install a new roof in 2-3 years.

A7 contacted me like one minute after I asked Angies List for quotes. The owner came out to my house and gave me a quote about an hour later. The quote seemed reasonable and he started and finished the next day. It was roof repair that I noticed I needed because I had leaks during the ice storm the prior year. I feel confident that my roof will not leak again in the repaired areas.

Did not receive an invoice as promised. Have to be careful when they find addition repairs and quote a higher price, but find the original work done was ok.

Efrain and his son did an outstanding job fixing the fascia and soffit on my house. They identified the issue causing water damage and installed flashing to correct the problem. They also saved as much existing wood as possible to help with costs. 10/10 will hire again!

Fantastic! In fact have already hired them for more work next summer!

Awesome company and loved working with them. Showed up on time and went above and beyond fixing my roof. I would recommend them highly.

They were very professional and dedicated to getting the job done, even in the rain. Everyone was friendly and courteous. I am very pleased and they would be definitely be hired again when and if need arises.

Prompt in responding. Straightforward estimate. Worked dlingently to get the job done. Job done well. Clean up amazing. Will definitely use them again when needed. Have already referred them to others.

Simple repair that the A7 team made even simpler. Honest pricing and a great job, Highly recommended

They were super responsive and communicative throughout the job, letting me know what was the issue and how they would resolve it. Efrain was great and super nice. I’m definitely recommending them to all my friends in the area.

Efrain was prompt in getting back to me, showed up on site when promised, was careful and performed the work ( replacing flashing on roof vents) on time. Since this was a repair job on my room roof, and the rains have not started here yet, the proof of a successful job may not be evident until December or so.

Very pleased with the repair. Waiting for the rain to test it! Professional job. No messes left for me to clean up. I will choose them again. Thanks

Excellent company! We are extremely happy with our roof repair. They were great to work with and even pointed out and repaired another area of the roof that was leaking and needed repair. Will definitely use them in the future - highly recommend!

They did a great job on my project.

Antonio set an appointment promptly when requested, evaluated work and provided estimate on the spot. The work was completed within the next week. Friendly, professional, approachable for questions. I would definitely call Antonio for future work and recommend A7 without reservation.

I'm not truly qualified to evaluate the work myself. I saw before and after photos of the problem areas and the work, but I'm not familiar with how things should look. The response time, enthusiasm, and self-confidence were exemplary, I have no basis for comparison of value. I have no reason to believe the work is not perfect. I'm so glad they were able to respond quickly, as my house was being painted at the time, including painting of areas that required repair first. I would certainly re-hire based on experience up to now.

they did good

They did both a cleaning of my roof, fixed and cleaned gutters and repaired mt hardy-plank siding. I was impressed by their experience and quality of their work. They did an excellent job.

They attend to the concerns of the customer and repair any issues they find on the roof. Their goal is to extend the life of the roof as much as they can.

I've used him for years! He does great work and is very hard working.
