This inspector missed many issues and rushed thru looking at our house. the previous house we were selling was way smaller and whoever inspected was very thorough unlike this guy who was speeding thru and missed many issues. Like that both fireplaces not working was a big one. that will cost about 1500 to fix.

Brian has inspected multiple homes for me and I will continue to use him. He is reasonable with price and great in communication. He operates with basic common sense, unlike many other inspectors. Yes, it's his job to find flaws but many other inspectors enjoy the power trip and create issues out of nothing. I've had a previous inspector refer to lint from a dryer as microbial growth. There was a small whole in the pipe where lint was escaping into the crawl space. This other inspection company cost me thousands in unnecessary mold remediation. I highly recommend Brian as he's great at what he does.

We bought our house 2 years ago which came back with 7 possible repairs. We are currently selling that same home and it was inspected by another company. Sure I understand there will be differences, but the new report came back with 53 possible repairs. If you are expecting thorough work, don?t go with this company.

We were very disappointed with the inspection provided by A7 Inspection Services LLC. The inspection failed to properly assess critical areas of the home, including the attic, roof, and electrical components. These oversights led to significant issues being missed, many of which we only discovered after moving in. The lack of attention to important details has caused us considerable stress and unplanned expenses. For such a vital part of the home-buying process, we expected a thorough and professional inspection, but unfortunately, that was not what we received. We cannot recommend A7 Inspection Services LLC based on our experience, as their lack of diligence failed to provide the peace of mind we were looking for when purchasing our home.

On time and professional.

Went over everything with me after the inspection. Informed me of everything he found and what should be fixed. Talked about the severity of the issues and even suggested ways to go about fixing them. Very professional and thorough.
