I had a digital thermostat installed and looked online at the same thermostat and I was charged over double what I could have bought it myself.

They were on time as promised, did a very neat installation and cleaned up their mess when finished. I would recommend this company.

AAA-1 is extremely prompt in their communication, prompt in their visitation and scheduling, thoroughly detailed in their quoting, highly skilled in their installation. It would be very difficult to exceed AAA-1's professionalism, courtesy and overall service. I would highly recommend AAA-1 for your next HVAC system update.

James was the tech and while he was here educated me on the care of the pump for my ac. It was much needed info.

The company was quick to respond to my AC issues. Not only did the secretary call me quickly to schedule a time for the tech to come, she had a technician call me within a very short time to give feedback on my concern whether or not the unit was safe to continue using. The technician came out and repaired my heat pump quickly and efficiently. I had an extremely difficult work schedule for them to work around. However, the tech came out, diagnosed and repaired the issue within an hour so that I could still leave for work on time. Awesome service. Would definitely hire again.

Company was very responsive to our needs since my husband is disabled and was home alone. I was able to reach them from Italy and they went out that day in the middle of a heat wave to ensure that he was OK and assess our cooling system, and since fixing it was not an option they brought up the fan from the basement so that my husband would have some relief till I could return home in 2 days. Once home I got the estimate the following Mon and a new heating and cooling system the following day. All is working very well now and the workmen were very nice and did not leave any mess to clean up. I am very happy with the service and the company.

Timely and effective

Was on time. Explained the issue before any repair was done. Gave me options.

I was told it was a $55 call fee and wasn't told it was also $75 per hour from there shop or last job. Then they didn't have my part and charged me to go get it another hour@ $75

They did a really good job.
