I hired Dave based on previous work that he had done on another property. He came and evaluated the chimney and I hired him to do the work on the project. The project will be completed this work. Superior Pro.

My first appointment with Dave did not happen because he never showed up. Not unusual in RI, but perhaps what was unusual is that he tried to reach me several times afterwards to reschedule. Partly because of that and partly because the other pros were not responding well either, I gave it a try and after that everything was smooth. Dave came, inspected the chimney leak, identified the problem immediately, fixed it on the spot with very reasonable price. It rained hard last night but had no leaking.

I was contacted within an hour of making my request, and my fireplace was clean and working perfectly within 6 hours!

Dave and his team were awesome. Very responsive and they even educated me on my chimney, helping me to make an informed decision. Even provided me with digital photos of what we were delaing with up inside the chimney itself. Actually trying to reach Dave again for some additional work. Highly recommend Dave and his team...

Dave took digital pictures of the chimney damage and would constantly advise me just what he was doing and why . Woreked well as a team in frigid cold on the roof and in my basement cleaning out the burner . The price seemed high ($1900 ) but considering the options ( chimney fires or carbon monoxide poisoning !) reinforced contacting him if I ever had a problem .

Excellent pre-selection effort. Showed pictures of what was wrong and explained what he intended to do. Gave a comprehensive estimate. Once approved he showed up on time, completed the work prompty and provided pictures of the completed work bth in terms of the chimney cleaning and the masonry work. His efforts may have saved the life of my family. Professional, competent and the man you want to take care of your chimney needs. I know I may sound too effusive in my praise but I am reasonably skilled around the house (not on the roof) and I never met him or his crew before this work. I will, however, see him again next year God willing.
