Jason was great to work with. Got in a bind with home inspection and needed to have camera to check septic system. With only 2 day notice he met us there. We will be calling Jason again when we move in.

Every one I worked with was courteous and professional. The guys that came out worked hard to fix the issue and complete in the timeframe quoted.

The guys that came out were professional, friendly and kept me informed of everything they did and the reason for it.

Good , rapid service

Had a leak in the ceiling. Contractor was informed of where leak was . He came out found the leak was due to improperly installed toilet ring. I was not told of a trip charge plus cost to diagnose leak which totaled 350 dollars. Home advisor rectified this by sending me a contractor which I also paid 179 dollars and got the problem fixed with out paying for a trip charge etc.

Would not hire again. He was unable to adequately install a toilet in my bathroom. He left the toilet on wedges and said he was unable to complete the job.

removed the tub o.k. however did not work well together , took long breaks did'nt show on time so I stopped all of it and paid a fair amount. They left happy.

Day and a half job turned in to a week and a half job. Do not pay 2nd half until the job is done, took forever to get my yard filled in. Forgot to call me three times, otherwise they did a good job.

Jason did a fantastic job was timely and took care of my plumbing issue in a rapid fashion! I would definitely recommend him for any plumbing jobs upcoming!

Did not clear drain. Did not have tools to do so. Charged $100 and did nothing to resolve problem

Jason arrived promptly. Quickly fixed my kitchen drain and garbage disposal issues. He spent a bit of time talking about a future project. A gentleman. Knowledgeable. Friendly. I will call on Jason in the future.

This guy cost me a considerable amount of $! Do not hire him! The quote I signed for was $800 to put in a French Drain with me purchasing all supplies needed. When I recd the email quote it was $2000. He called, told me he had gathered all materials needed and I just needed to go pay for everything at a famous home appliance store then he would pick it up later. I asked the service desk if the $100 wheelbarrow I saw with his order was part of what I was paying for sure enough he wanted me to buy him a wheelbarrow. I called, told him I was not buying him a wheelbarrow. Total of the materials was $587.90, and he said that was with everything I needed. He also wanted me to rent a Mini Excavator and said he would only need it for 1 day at a cost of $300 a day not including insurance and tax. He picked it up at the store at 2:47PM which meant it needed to be returned the following day, clean and full of fuel at 2:47PM. He did not show up at my house until 8:00PM that night. The bucket on it and the trailer it was on, both had mud on it which told me he had used it on another job before he got to me. He dug maybe 5 foot then said he would be back at dawn the next day to finish and have it taken back by 2:47. He did not show up until around 10:30 the next day, and he sat on the machine and talked on his phone until 11:30 when I asked him what he was doing? He had the audacity to tell me he had other problems come up, and he did not like me treating him like a kid. He said he would need me to rent the machine for another full day but would work all day to get it done. Another $300! A couple of hours later, he said he would need to go purchase three more **catch basins** (for a total of 6 as shown on the email bid), the Sump Pump and more PVC pipe to run the pipe out to the street. Worried that he would not get the digging done if he left, I offered to pick those things up just to keep him working on the digging. He never told me he got all the remaining catch basins at the first the store I paid at and had to make a trip to another store of the same chain. He also sent me to a plumbing supply at 15th and Sheridan who wanted $400 for a sump pump and the housing for it. I found 1 @ Harbor Freight for about $150. When I got back home around 5PM, he said he had to leave in 30 minutes, but he would come early the next day to finish up the digging to take the machine back by 2:47PM. He showed up the next day around 9AM and said instead of running the drain out to the street as actually bid on, he was just going to hook it up (illegally) to the city water drain in my backyard but I would need to rent the machine out for ANOTHER DAY! At that point, I had had enough! Told him to get his stuff and get out. He started saying well you are gonna pay me and I asked him **For what?** He said for what he had done and the hours he had spent doing it. Said he charges $90Hr. I figured he had worked MAYBE a total of 6 hours but to get him off my property and gone, I paid him $800 which was more than he deserved. I had to hire other people to finish the job which included the back filling and hook up of the sump pump. He left material not used, so I took it back for credit. All except for $103.08 concrete that I never saw. I also learned he bought himself 2 shovels at my expense which he has to this very day. Both totaling $27.96! So now you know why I say DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY! I was out $615.12 for rental fees, $822.90 for materials and $800.00 check to him for a total of $2,238.02 on a job NOT completed. Home Advisor needs to keep a close eye on this guy! I think he had never done a French Drain before, even tho he said he had. It was just way over his head! He needs to stick with little simple jobs. Please, Home Advisor, let this review stand as written so other unsuspecting people will not be taken like I was!
