Similar comments as those by Mary F of Jacksonville, NC and Vivian S in Myrtle Beach. My chimney is still leaking and I do not get a response from either phones nor email they publish... Is this a fly-by-night company with an over-abundance of hype and BS??They should be banned from your list of recommended companies.... They charged $1000 for 8o minutes of work, a few tubes of silicone sealant and rubber seal and damper....Nothing works properly....I have the same problems as before and out $1000....I believe they are a fraud. Home Advisor please try to contact them on any social media they ascribe to just to confirm my allegations....Thanks

I hired them to fix my leak. They came back 3 times . After it rained i found my problem was not solved. It was a chimney leak. It is worse then it was before. Still waitine for hime to call me or give me refund. He took 4,000. from me. When he left I was crying . He didnt care.

I wanted to ensure that the fireplace in my, new to me, home is safe. AAA cleaned the chimney and sold me a new cap for the stack. He did not tell me how it was so loose that it rocks back and forth in the wind. I called and texted but got no response from AAA. After paying $400 I would expect everything to be addressed.

I believe Ronnie is knowledgeable about the fireplace business. He installed a used refurbished fireplace to replace our old one at a reasonable price with 5 year warranty parts and labor. We hope his business will still be around 5 years from now to honor the warranty if something breaks down.

Thank you so much for everything! As we're selling the house, I used a another chimney professional recommended by our realtor to inspect and clean our chimney. I wish I had gone with AAA Affordable from the start! The other guy wanted to charge me a $1000 for work that mostly wasn't needed, with 50% of the total cost paid upfront. Thank God I called AAA for another opinion! AAA Affordable had absolutely no down payment and only fixed what was actually broken (in this case, the damper). When he learned that I had been taken advantage of by the last chimney guy, Ronnie fixed a crack in the firebox, painted the firebox and screen, and cleaned the chimney at no extra cost, even after I offered to pay for his extra work. He's a great guy, a hard worker, and a smart businessman. I've had some bad run-ins with contractors in the past, and it's great to finally meet a guy with integrity. You can't go wrong with AAA Affordable.

AA was responsive and very prompt. He came in, diagnosed my issues and noted several previous installation problems. He brushed and cleaned out the dryer vent run, cut and installed new connecting hose and reconstructed and replaced the exterior damper. Over two cubic feet of lint came out of the pipe. he screwed and sealed all connections. He also carried everything he needed on his truck and cleaned up all materials and lint/dust before he left. Overall, I was very impressed with both his work and demeanor and will readily recommend him and use his services on future projects.

Arrived on time! State of the art equipment. Very knowledgeable and honest. Cleaned up after dryer vent cleaning. I will be contacting him to clean my chimney. I highly recommend this company. Was half the cost of two other companies I spoke with!!
