I had a clogged sewer line. The technician tried to snake it out but that did not work. Then he used his camera on this very clogged sewer and told me the pipe was broken. He was suggesting I take bids on getting someone to dig under the house. I called another company offering a free assessment. They came out, Sewer TV, and used their hydro jet system to flush out the line. It was NOT broken. I paid AAA $876 and they refused to give me any money back. Then, I agreed to a monthly interest free plan on miny credit card to pay this $876 off but they immediately started charging me $7.84 monthly interest. Do NOT do business with this company.

The company had a repairman to my home within 1 hour. The problem was fixed on the same day. It was efficient and my house is cool again. Repairman was professional, courteous and thorough.

I was very pleased with the service AAA Affordable Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning provided. My sewer backed up this past weekend, and this company was very quick to respond. These gentlemen were very professional and really reasonable. They took care of the problem immediately. I would recommend them to anyone.

While this business was prompt and did a professional job of repair, they are anything but affordable. This was a simple, above ground PVC pipe repair. They charged $847.00!!!!! Crazy expensive for two hours total time. Therefore I do not recommend them.

After repairing toilet leak, he checked & corrected too high water pressure.

Technicians were able to identify the issue with the A/C and repair quickly. The technicians were polite, professional, and courteous.

Took care of my problem for a reasonable fee. Drain is still good after several months.

The plumber was experienced and on time. I thought he did a great job although I was a little disappointed at the final cost. However in their defense I did have to be brought up to code with an expansion tank.

They are a expensive for a job that shouldn't have taken as long as it did...

Replaced AC motor and added freon. Friendly, apologized for not being able to fix it immediately the evening they came out (my unit is older and requires parts from a single location + old freon) Came the next morning and took care of my issue and gave me some advice to help me in the future.

They did a great job! He was very thorough.

I appreciated that they called me so quickly after I put in my request. He let us know what the bigger problem was and gave us advice on what we could do now, because it's going to be very expensive. I would call them again.
